Vegan Meatballs

Ingredients:

- 1 cup textured soy protein
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the textured soy protein, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, water, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, black pepper, and salt.

3. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

4. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown.

6. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce. Enjoy!
