Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon of ghee
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin

Instructions:

1. Heat the ghee in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and sauté until it is lightly browned.

3. Add the mustard oil, chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, and cumin. Stir to combine.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Add the salt and sugar and stir to combine.

6. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
