Curry Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice

- 2 takis, crushed

- 1/2 onion, diced

- 4 slices of bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup of carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup of broccoli, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of cooked sausage, diced

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp.

2. Add the onions, mushrooms, carrots, and broccoli and cook until the vegetables are tender.

3. Add the curry powder and salt and stir to combine.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Add the cooked sausage and takis and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve the curry rice bowl hot. Enjoy!
