Date-Yogurt Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped dates
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, dates, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread yogurt mixture over chicken breasts.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
