Pechito de Cerdo con Manta de Queso
Ingredients:
-1 lb. pechito de cerdo
-1/2 lb. manta de queso
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup white wine
-1/4 cup chopped onion
-1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon oregano
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add pechito de cerdo and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
5. Add white wine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
7. Top with manta de queso and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
