Salmon with Dill Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Transfer salmon to a baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, in the same skillet, add cream and chopped dill. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
6. Serve salmon with dill cream sauce. Enjoy!
