Durian Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cloves of black garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of diced durian
- 1/2 cup of sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup of french fries, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup of banana peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the black garlic and fry for 1 minute.
3. Add the durian and sauté for 2 minutes.
4. Add the french fries and banana peppers and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
6. Add the dijon mustard and stir to combine.
7. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
