Easy Homemade Bread
Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tablespoons of oil
1 cup of medium hot water
3 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of yeast
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the egg, oil, and water.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and yeast.
3. Slowly add the flour and yeast mixture to the egg, oil, and water mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let the dough rise for about an hour, or until it has doubled in size.
6. Punch down the dough and knead it for another 5 minutes.
7. Divide the dough into two equal pieces and shape each piece into a loaf.
8. Place the loaves on a greased baking sheet and let them rise for another hour.
9. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
10. Bake the loaves for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
11. Let the loaves cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
