Make Egg and Potato Salad
Egg and Potato Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 potatoes
- 2 cups of salad greens
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
2. Peel and cube the potatoes.
3. Place the potatoes in a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Drain the potatoes and let cool.
5. Place the salad greens in a large bowl.
6. Add the potatoes and eggs to the bowl and mix together.
7. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and white wine vinegar.
8. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix together.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve and enjoy!
