Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup cooked pasta (optional)
Step by Step Guide:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
3. Add a little oil to the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add a little more oil and sauté the diced onion until translucent.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes.
6. If using, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well with the rice.
