Make Egg Fried Rice

Recipe Name: Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
3. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble them until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables.
6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and mix well.
7. Add the scrambled eggs back to the pan and stir to combine with the rice and vegetables.
8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
10. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
