Make Egg Stuffed Pepper Bread

Recipe Name: Egg Stuffed Pepper Bread

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, halved and deseeded

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
3. Scoop out the center of each bread slice to create a hollow space.
4. Place the hollowed bread slices on a baking sheet.
5. Crack an egg into each hollowed bread slice.
6. Top each egg with the sautéed onions.
7. Place a bell pepper half on top of each egg.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Egg Stuffed Pepper Bread!
