Make Eggnoodle Breakfast Casserole
Recipe Name: Eggnoodle Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of toast
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of eggnoodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of bread cubes
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cut the toast into small cubes and spread them evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, eggnoodles, salt, pepper, and milk.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the toast cubes in the baking dish.
5. Sprinkle the bread cubes and breadcrumbs on top of the egg mixture.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
