Make Eggs Paratha

Recipe: Eggs Paratha

Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to make a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with turmeric powder, cumin powder, chopped onion, green chili, and salt.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a small circle.
4. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and place a rolled out dough circle on it.
5. Cook for a minute, then flip it over and pour a portion of the egg mixture onto the partially cooked side.
6. Spread the egg mixture evenly and cook for a minute.
7. Fold the sides of the paratha to cover the egg mixture and cook for another minute or until both sides are golden brown.
8. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and egg mixture.
9. Serve hot with yogurt, chutney, or ketchup.
