Make Endive and Ham Frittata
Endive and Ham Frittata
Ingredients:
- 2 endives, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons cooked pasta
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons diced ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, rice, pasta, parmesan cheese, ham, salt, and pepper.
3. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
4. Spread the endives in the bottom of the pie plate.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the endives.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
