Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Prepare the espresso shot and set it aside to cool down.
2. Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices.
3. Dip one sheet of rice paper into a bowl of warm water for about 10 seconds, or until it becomes soft and pliable. Place it on a clean surface.
4. Lay the banana slices in a single layer on the rice paper, leaving a small border around the edges.
