Ingredients:
- 1 cup of feijão (black beans), soaked overnight
- 1 cup of arroz (rice)
- 200g of calabresa sausage, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tomatoes, diced

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a large pot, add the soaked feijão and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour or until the beans are tender.
2. In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions.
3. In a skillet, cook the sliced calabresa sausage until browned and cooked through.
4. Once the feijão is cooked, drain any excess water and season with salt.
5. In a serving bowl, layer the cooked rice, feijão, calabresa sausage, and diced tomatoes.
