Make Fennel and Courgette Rice
Fennel and Courgette Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 courgette, diced
- 1 fennel bulb, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add the diced courgette and fennel and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
