Fenouil Orange Mascarpone Tart

Ingredients:

- 2 fenouil bulbs, thinly sliced
- 2 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup crème de marrons
- 1/2 cup marrons, chopped
- 1/2 cup mascarpone

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease a 9-inch tart pan with butter.

3. Arrange the fenouil slices in the bottom of the pan in an even layer.

4. Top with the orange slices.

5. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.

6. In a small bowl, mix together the crème de marrons, marrons, and mascarpone.

7. Spread the mixture over the top of the tart.

8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.

9. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
