Fish and Cheese Potato Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 fillets of white fish, cut into cubes
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 2 slices of bread, crumbled
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
3. Place the diced potatoes and carrots in the baking dish and spread them out evenly.
4. Place the fish cubes on top of the vegetables.
5. Pour the milk over the fish and vegetables.
6. Sprinkle the grated cheese and crumbled bread over the top.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
