Fish and Egg Hash


- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cooked, diced meat (such as beef, pork, or chicken)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cups cooked, diced fish (such as salmon, cod, or halibut)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.

3. Add the cooked meat and cook until heated through.

4. Add the parsley, fish, and pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Serve hot.
