Make Fish and Halva Casserole
Fish and Halva Casserole
Ingredients:
-1 lb fish fillets
-2 cups milk
-1 cucumber, diced
-1 teaspoon salt
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 cup halva, crumbled
-1/2 cup corn
-1/2 cup corn beans
-1/2 cup kefir
-2 tablespoons oil
-1/2 cup flour
-1 tomato, diced
-1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
-1 onion, diced
-1/2 lb ground meat
-1/2 cup cooked beets, diced
-1/2 lb cooked pasta
-2 eggs, beaten
-1/2 cup grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, combine fish, milk, cucumber, salt, garlic, halva, corn, corn beans, kefir, oil, and flour. Mix until combined.
4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Top with tomato, mushrooms, onion, and ground meat.
6. Sprinkle beets and cooked pasta over the top.
7. Pour beaten eggs over the top.
8. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
9. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is golden brown.
10. Serve hot. Enjoy!
