Make Fish Finger Sandwich
Fish Finger Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 fish fingers
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 pickle, diced
- 1 egg, boiled and sliced
- 2 slices of bread
- Mayonnaise
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the fish fingers on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the grated carrot, diced pickle and sliced egg.
4. Spread some mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
5. Place the fish fingers on one slice of bread, followed by the carrot, pickle and egg mixture.
6. Place the other slice of bread on top and press down lightly.
7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
