Fish with Garlic and Onion
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 fillets of fish (any type)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, salt and pepper.
3. Dip the fish fillets into the egg mixture, coating them evenly.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
6. Add the fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
7. Transfer the fish to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
8. Serve the fish with the garlic and onion. Enjoy!
