Fried Potato Pancakes

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of potatoes, peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons of palm oil
- 1 raw egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 cup of wheat flour

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, palm oil, raw egg, salt, and sugar. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

2. Add the wheat flour and mix until a thick batter is formed.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough palm oil to coat the bottom of the pan.

4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and flatten with a spatula.

5. Fry the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
