Make Fluffy Pancakes

Recipe Name: Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then stir in the milk and melted butter.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix, a few lumps are okay.
4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook for another minute or until golden brown.
7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
8. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
