Creamy Red Cabbage and Carrot Rice


- 1 cup of uncooked rice
- 1/2 head of red cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of creme fraiche


1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the shredded red cabbage and carrot and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the tomato sauce and creme fraiche and stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

7. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
