Baked Brie and Carrot Gratin

Ingredients:

- 2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 large carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of creme fraiche
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.

3. Layer the potatoes and carrots in the baking dish.

4. Sprinkle the Brie cubes over the top.

5. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and creme fraiche.

6. Pour the mixture over the potatoes, carrots, and Brie.

7. Season with salt and pepper.

8. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes and carrots are tender and the top is golden brown.

9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
