Courgette et Saumon Gratin

Ingredients:

- 2 courgettes, sliced
- 4 ounces of smoked salmon, chopped
- 4 ounces of fromage, grated
- 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.

3. Arrange the courgette slices in the dish.

4. Sprinkle the chopped salmon over the courgettes.

5. Sprinkle the grated fromage over the salmon.

6. Drizzle the crème fraîche over the fromage.

7. Season with salt and pepper.

8. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the courgettes are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.

9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
