- 1 cenoura (carrot), sliced
- 1/2 couve (collard greens), chopped

- 2 tablespoons of azeite (olive oil)
- Juice of 1 limão (lemon)
- 1 teaspoon of colorau (paprika)
- Salt, to taste

- 1/2 teaspoon of açafrão (turmeric)

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the ketchup, maionese, mostarda, salt, black pepper, açafrão, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until they are browned on all sides.
5. Add the carrots, potatoes, collard greens, and diced tomato to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
6. Cover the skillet and let the dish simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
7. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
8. Serve the Frango à Brasileira hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!
