Frango ao Molho Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and white wine to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
6. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
7. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
