Ingredients:
- 500g frango (chicken breast)
- 2 tomates (tomatoes), diced
- 300g massa (pasta)
- 1 cebola (onion), chopped
- 100g queijo (cheese), grated
- 2 ovos (eggs)
- 2 dentes de alho (garlic cloves), minced
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the grated cheese.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the chicken and tomato mixture. Stir well to combine.
7. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the pasta and chicken, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta.
8. Serve hot, garnished with some extra grated cheese if desired.
