Make French Dip Spring Rolls

Recipe Name: French Dip Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, onion powder, and thyme. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let it cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced roast beef and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through. Season with salt to taste.
3. Dip a spring roll wrapper into warm water for a few seconds until it softens. Place a portion of the cooked roast beef in the center of the wrapper.
4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly, similar to a burrito.
5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Place the spring rolls seam side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve the French Dip Spring Rolls with the prepared dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!

Note: You can also add your favorite cheese or sautéed onions to the filling for extra flavor.
