Make French Dip Spring Rolls

Recipe Name: French Dip Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let it cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
2. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a few slices of roast beef in the center. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the beef and roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (180°C).
4. Fry the spring rolls in batches for about 3-4 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Serve the French Dip Spring Rolls with the warm beef broth mixture for dipping.
