Fried Chicken Alfredo Pesto Noodle Bowl

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 8 ounces of fettuccine noodles
- 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup of pesto
- 1 croissant, sliced
- 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a shallow bowl, combine the hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the chicken breasts in the bowl and coat them with the sauce mixture.

4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

6. Add the fettuccine noodles and cook according to package instructions.

7. Drain the noodles and return them to the pot.

8. Add the Alfredo sauce and pesto and stir to combine.

9. Slice the croissant and add it to the pot.

10. Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.

11. Divide the noodles among 4 bowls and top each bowl with a piece of chicken.

12. Serve with a scoop of ice cream on top. Enjoy!
