Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 small onion, diced
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is lightly browned and crispy, about 10 minutes.
5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
