Make Fried Rice

Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the diced onion and sauté until softened and lightly golden, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

4. Pour the beaten eggs over the rice and stir to combine.

5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through and the rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
