Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 potato, diced
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the garlic, tomato, onion, and carrot. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through.
3. Add the cooked rice, salt, pepper, and ginger. Stir to combine.
4. Add the diced potato and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
