Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of boiled rice
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and tomato and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the boiled rice and stir to combine.
4. Push the rice to the side of the pan and crack the eggs into the center. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Mix the eggs into the rice and vegetables.
6. Add the pepper and ketchup and stir to combine.
7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
