Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and tomato and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Cook until the rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
