Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Push the rice to the sides of the skillet and crack the eggs into the center.
6. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
7. Mix the eggs into the rice and season with salt.
8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
