Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken and onion to the skillet and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic and pepper and cook for an additional minute.

4. Push the chicken and onion to the side of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.

5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and stir to combine.

7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
