Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and spread it out evenly.
3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them into the rice.
4. Add the soy sauce and salt, stirring to combine.
5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through and the rice is lightly browned.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
