Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
4. Push the rice and chicken to the sides of the skillet and crack the eggs into the center.
5. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, about 2 minutes.
6. Stir the eggs into the rice and chicken.
7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
