Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon spice mix

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and carrot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

4. Push the rice to one side of the skillet and crack the egg into the other side. Scramble the egg until it is cooked through.

5. Add the spice mix and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
