Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.
3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
4. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and all the ingredients are well combined.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
