Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup diced red pepper
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup diced carrot

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until cooked through. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.

3. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

4. Add the black pepper, chili powder, salt, soy sauce, red pepper, green pepper, and carrot to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Add the scrambled eggs back to the skillet and stir to combine.

7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
