Make Fried Rice

Fried Rice

Ingredients:

-1/2 pound of diced meat (chicken, beef, pork, or shrimp)

-2 cups of cooked rice
-1/2 cup of diced vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
-2 eggs
-2 tablespoons of oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the diced meat and cook until it is browned and cooked through.

3. Add the vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Push the rice and vegetables to the sides of the skillet to make a well in the center.

6. Crack the eggs into the center of the well and scramble until cooked.

7. Stir the eggs into the rice and vegetables.

8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

9. Serve hot.
