Fried Rice Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 8 ounces noodles
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, and onions over medium heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are softened.
2. Add the cooked rice, milk, and mayonnaise. Stir to combine.
3. Add the noodles and stir to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are cooked through.
4. Add the beaten eggs and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
