Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion, chopped

Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with the salt.
3. Add a little oil to the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add a little more oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the onion.
6. Add the scrambled eggs back into the skillet and mix well with the rice.
7. Continue to cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious homemade fried rice!
